Andrei Golub, a native of the Soviet Union, immigrated to the US in 1989. He pursued studies in languages and linguistics at the University of Utah, subsequently working as a language teacher in Europe. Additionally, Andrei served as a member of the National Volunteer Advisory Committee for Peace Corps Paraguay.
Passionate about language acquisition through immersion in native communities, Andrei acknowledges the challenges in achieving this for everyone. In response, he founded Lingua Bear with the goal of introducing individuals to a diverse array of languages and cultivating an appreciation for preserving cultural and linguistic heritage.
Within Lingua Bear, Andrei plays a pivotal role in overseeing the design and production of the Lingua Bear toy, as well as coordinating its programming efforts.
“I greatly value the expertise of our board and am continuously seeking new members who can help us advance our efforts. I recognize that our success is tied to empowering individuals to advocate for their own linguistic and cultural heritage.”
